"Dear Jason:

I want to take the time to let you know how good your crew got my carpets cleaned at 2601 E. 36th Court, Des Moines, IA.

I had some low-life tenants in a rental house that got the living room carpets unbelievably dirty as well as the carpets throughout the rest of the house. I was told about your company last fall at the Landlords of Iowa seminar.

The carpet cleaner that I had used for the past 15 years would not even attempt to tackle this living room carpet. When your employee looked at this carpet, he assured me that I would not have to replace it, and they certainly get it cleaned. To say the least, I was somewhat skeptical about getting this carpet clean. They not only got it clean, it looks exactly like the carpets in the rest of the house.

I am certainly satisfied with the job they did on my carpets. They look great. The next time I need carpets cleaned, I certainly will give Actually Clean a call, because that is exactly how my carpets ended up.

Stellar Customer Service

"I have an acreage listing that is superbly priced and is a hot property. This listing was supposed to have its carpets cleaned 10 days ago and prior to going on the market. Unfortunately, my company of choice was booked. So we waited until Actually Clean could do the job, and we delayed showings until Friday of this week.

The appointment was yesterday. There was a huge snowstorm, and they were not able to drive to the house due to the road being snowed over. The hilly, curvy driveway needed professionally plowed, and it's subzero temperatures. I know I have 12 showings set up in a 24 hour period starting Friday and will have horribly dirty, smelly carpet. This is death to a realtor's reputation and a potential sale. This just can't happen.

I called Actually Clean and spoke with Fran. I have never been treated so well. Not only did Fran talk immediately to Jason (the owner), but they attempted twice on Wednesday to go back to my listing (35 miles away) to make me happy. 

They finally got to the house, and since the driveway needed a professional plow company to come out and it had not happened yet, Actually Clean took it upon themselves to get a plow out there. They plowed the driveway so their guys would be safe in their equipment going up the driveway, and so they could make me happy.

I was called and kept up to date at each attempt, and they actually called me to apologize that their first attempts on Wednesday did not work. I am a pretty challenging customer to impress, and I have to tell all of my Facebook friends that I am impressed. They provide excellent carpet cleaning service with stellar customer service.
